Tom Adam

None.

Lou Carton-Kelly

I have never received any financial benefit from dealings with the Trust or the PLC. I have never even claimed expenses from either the Trust or AFCW.

Sarah Colesell No response received.
David Cox

NONE

Colin Dench

None, nor would I seek them or accept any if offered.

Ray Downham

None, unless DT Board being invited into the President's lounge for the pre season friendly against Luton counts. For that game I paid the standard admission charge for the game and there was no reserved seat.

Anne Eames

When setting up the Academy - stationery costs i.e. stamps £15.00/telephone card £20.00. Mostly paid expenses for Academy myself - i.e. made pasta for all the coaches and drinks for the kids, additional phone and stationery.

Steve Elson

None.

Pat Fotheringham

I have had no financial benefit from the Trust or plc, although I am able to use the Presidents Lounge at Kingsmeadow to look after the mascot. I was allocated a seat in the Directors Box last season to be with the mascot through the games (I had a Main Stand Season Ticket at this time). However, this season I buy a terrace ticket and stand in the John Smith Stand to watch the games after the mascot has come off the pitch.

Andrew Goodwin

I have not received any financial benefits from the Trust or Plc. I am a steward but am unpaid, although all stewards do receive a complimentary matchday programme. Should the decision be taken to pay stewards in the future, then I would donate all of my earnings to the Stadium Fund.

Jacki Harvie

None.

Ivor Heller

I believe this is a loaded question but should also list what has been put in so I will give you both. For those of you that do not know I own a Print and Design Company. I have produced work for the Dons Trust and AFC Wimbledon. My staff and I have performed miracles many times for the organisation most of it has been done for nothing. I will give you overall figures but would be happy provide anyone that wants an absolute breakdown with more details when I am a little less busy in the close season.

Work carried out for the DT = £3003.00

Work carried out for AFCW = £9786.00

Work carried out for free DT =£6000

Work carried out for free AFCW = £10,000

I have rounded the figures down to 1000s.Most of the free work has been done from my Design Studio.Commercialy we will charge £80 per hour these figures have been worked out on £50 per hour.No materials have been included.Materials would come to at least £3000.

My staff who are not AFCW Fans have worked tirelessly for our cause. Many times the club and Trust have come before our customers.I am proud of our contribution and feel that I have never done anything to profit from either organisation as some have suggested in the past.I hope this satisfies the curious minds out there.

Many others have performed similar tasks for the organisation I thank them all. I still feel that this question is aimed at one or two individuals one being me.

Nigel Higgs

None. No perks, remuneration nor benefits in kind.

Marc Jones

I have been paid according to agreements with either AFC Wimbledon Ltd or The Dons Trust for contracted work in my professional capacity as a graphic designer for the following jobs:

Design and production of the Sutton United v AFC Wimbledon friendly programme (first AFC Wimbledon match).

Design of the current AFC Wimbledon Official Website.

Design and production of the Dons Trust comedy night programme.

Design and production of the Dons Trust nostalgia evening programme.

Design and production of last season's “Yellow & Blue” (as a sub-contractor to the company that was awarded the contract to produce it).

Design and production of Dons Trust newsletters No. 2 & 3.

Design and production of this season's AFC Wimbledon programme (on a match-by-match basis).

I have also been paid for domain name registration and hosting but in all such dealings this has not seen any profit gained (ie arranged via my business and passed on at below cost price – ie cheaper than either the Trust or AFC Wimbledon would have paid had they gone directly and not through myself - due to using my account with webhosting company).

I would like to add all the above was done at rates I would not (and do not) extend to any other client and does not list work I have carried out for both the Trust and AFC Wimbledon which was not invoiced for (ie I have done as a donation to either the club or the Trust).

Dennis Lowndes

None.

Luke Mackenzie

Whilst I think this question is aggressive towards several candidates, I'd answer that I since we have purchased Kingsmeadow, I receive money for stewarding (as do 10 others which is dictated by the council who require ‘professional' stewards in order to maintain the regulations of the Kingsmeadow Stadium Safety Certificate) and I've also done some paid work around the stadium alongside many more hours of unpaid work. I receive no regular income from AFC Wimbledon .

Michael O'Shaughnessy

None

Chris Philips

A small quantity of tee shirts I had produced in the season of discontent at Selhurst were given to the Wombulance at cost price to bolster merchandise availability at the very outset of AFC Wimbledon.

Erik Samuelson

I am disappointed with this question as it seems to me to be aimed at disadvantaging some of the candidates to the benefit of others. Furthermore, it supports, inadvertently or otherwise, the incorrect impression that someone who earns money from the trust or club must stand down from the board. The wording of the guidance on the election rules is not helpful in this matter and implies some things that I believe are incorrect.

In practice, so long as a board member discloses that he or she has an interest in a particular matter and does not participate in the debate or vote on it when it is discussed, then that is all they must do. This is very different from the message that anyone would infer from reading this question.

Having said that, I have not been paid a penny by the Trust or the Club and I don't want to be paid.

You didn't ask how much unpaid effort, time, sweat and money we've put into the club and trust, which I think is a great pity.
