DT Election 2003 - Questionnaire

Back to main page.

5 - Would you undertake any additional activities in AFCW?
Tom Adam

Yes, as I do now.

Lou Carton-Kelly

I would continue to support the club in any way that is desired by either AFCW or the DT Board in terms of assistance. However, I don't believe that board members should sit on all the other boards, DT Board, PLC or Club.

Sarah Colesell No response received.
David Cox

I am currently a member of the Finance Group that undertake match day responsibilities including “money counting”. I am also a member of the Commercial Group who's responsibilities include seeking sponsorship at all levels for the Club and Ground.

Colin Dench

As I've made clear in some of my other answers, I don't believe that Trust Board members should also be on subsidiary boards, so would not want any board level position within AFCW. However, if needed I could take on particular tasks below board level, Trust commitments depending.

Ray Downham

Yes, if I have the time. I'm not sure whether being a member of the Corporate Sponsorship group counts as AFCW or Dons Trust so I didn't mention it above. Availability of time to undertake additional activities may be restricted by the continuance of all of the current activities.

Anne Eames

No - not unless it was for the benefit of the Dons Trust.

Steve Elson

I have done in the past and I am happy to again.

Pat Fotheringham

I currently run the AFCW mascot scheme, which is very successful. I am happy to continue with the mascot scheme as it would not affect my work for the Trust. I believe any significant involvement with the club would create a conflict of interest and therefore my time would be dedicated to the work of the Trust.

Andrew Goodwin

I already work for AFC Wimbledon as a volunteer steward on all home matchdays and I have used some of my annual leave from my full-time job to help out at the ground with tasks such as painting. Obviously stewarding would prevent me from taking on any further duties on a matchday but I would be happy to take on further activities if there was a need for my skills.

Jacki Harvie

Yes have always helped whenever needed. Assisted Kris Stewart with interviewing candidates for the position of club journalist.

Ivor Heller

Yes

Nigel Higgs

I will volunteer my time for any part of the Trust; and AFCW is part of the Trust.

Marc Jones

I would continue to support AFCW in the way I currently do.

Dennis Lowndes

I already do. I manage the Kit and Training ground for all the mens teams.

Luke Mackenzie

Yes, I would continue to be chief steward for AFC Wimbledon 1 st Men's and women's teams. I suspect I would still spend a large chuck of my day at Kingsmeadow helping answering phones and painting/cleaning rooms. I would still continue to sit on the newly formed volunteers committee and also the Stadium Safety Committee.

Michael O'Shaughnessy

I'm already an AFCW volunteer so probably not

Chris Philips

I already do, match day PA, world wide webcast service and any other requested hosting / compere roles.

Erik Samuelson

Not over and above what I currently do, namely Finance and Operations

Ron Trayhorn No, unless asked to do so by the DT board.
